The first deviation rectifying mechanism and the second deviation rectifying mechanism are symmetrical in structure. The first deviation rectifying mechanism comprises a left rotating lead screw assembly, a first deviation amplitude support and at least two first deviation rectifying drums. The second deviation rectifying mechanism comprises a right rotating lead screw assembly, a second deviation amplitude support and at least two second deviation rectifying drums. Power output by the drive part synchronously drives the left rotating lead screw assembly and the right rotating lead screw assembly to move through the synchronous transmission mechanism. As the rotating direction of the left rotating lead screw assembly is different from that of the right rotating lead screw assembly, the first deviation amplitude support drives the first deviation rectifying drums and the second deviation amplitude support drives the second deviation rectifying drums to deviate in the opposite directions, and locating and deviationrectifying of coiled materials on different layers of products deviating in a deviation rectifying channel are achieved.
