Abstract

The invention discloses a shifting device used for an industrial welding robot. The shifting device comprises a base, and a drive box and a driven box which are mounted on the base. The drive box is internally provided with a servo motor and a reducer connected to the power output end of the servo motor. The power output end of the reducer is connected with a drive turnplate. The driven box is provided with a driven turnplate corresponding to the drive turnplate. The shifting device further comprises a moving system. The moving system comprises a power motor, a lead screw, feed screw nuts anda location bearing. The power motor is fixed to the base and located at the rear side of the driven box. One end of the lead screw is connected with the power output end of the power motor. The otherend of the lead screw is fixed to the base through the location bearing. The feed screw nuts are fixed to the lower portion of the driven box. The lead screw penetrates through the feed screw nuts inthe direction perpendicular to the direction of the drive box and the driven box, and rotational motion of the lead screw is converted into horizontal moving of the feed screw nuts. Work staff can accurately adjust the distance between the drive box and the driven box according to needs, and accordingly, the shifting device adapts to welding requirements of workpieces of different models.
