The active scheduling model with the least wind curtailment is applied to the real-time scheduling module. According to the real-time wind power forecast result, the power generation requirement can be corrected in real time so as to correct the effort plan of all power generation sets in the remaining period, to enable that the overall effort of the power generation sets to be gradually close to the actual power generation requirement, to reduce the uncertainty faced by the current plan and to ensure that the effort plan of the power generation sets are more proper and of more significance.
