Abstract

The sugarcane squeezing device for the laboratory is characterized by comprising a frame, wherein a squeezing barrel is arranged in the frame, the bottom of the squeezing barrel is provided with juice drainage holes, a pressing plate driven by a hydraulic oil cylinder to slide in the barrel is arranged in the squeezing barrel, the pressing plate is connected with one end of the hydraulic oil cylinder, the other end of the hydraulic oil cylinder is connected with the frame, and an oil inlet and outlet of the hydraulic oil cylinder is connected with a hydraulic oil source through a reversing control valve. According to the sugarcane squeezing device for the laboratory, the problems that a traditional squeezing rod juicer is uneven in sugarcane entering, short in juice drainage time and low in squeezing degree are solved, long-time juice drainage can be achieved, meanwhile, repeated squeezing can be achieved, and therefore sugar and fiber content in sugarcane can be accurately measured.
