Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of traditional Chinese medicine, and discloses a traditional Chinese medicine composition for postoperative rehabilitation of differentiated thyroid carcinoma and a preparation method thereof. The traditional Chinese medicine composition is prepared from the following medicinal raw materials: kumquat leaf, phellandrium, dried orange peel, rhizoma pinellinae praeparata, dysosma difformis rhizome, myrsinaceae, glossy privet fruit, radix ophiopogonis, conic gymnadenia tuber, palm sedge, snake grape root and liquorice. Animal experiments prove that the traditional Chinese medicine composition has relatively good inhibition function for murine sarcoma, and is mild in drug property and low in toxicity. Clinic test results indicate that the traditional Chinese medicine composition has the effects of remarkably improving the traditional Chinese medicine clinic symptoms of the patients, reducing the traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores of the patients, having a certain trend for inhibiting the secretion of thyrotropin, dialectically treating the patients with postoperative hepatic stagnation and phlematic retention syndrome of differentiated thyroid carcinoma, lightening the untoward effects of western medicine treatment, improving the uncomfortable symptoms of the patients, improving the life quality and providing a safe and effective adjuvant therapeutic method.
