The preparation method comprises following steps: (1) deionized water and propylene glycol are delivered into a dispersing kettle, casein resin and the dispersant are added, an obtained mixture is stirred to be uniform, titanium dioxide is added, and a water-based ink is obtained via stirring dispersion using a dispersion machine; (2) the obtained water-based ink obtained via stirring dispersion is delivered into a bead mill for grinding; and (3) after grinding, the water-based ink is filtered so as to obtain the water-based ink finished product.
