The invention provides a photographing method comprising that: image information transmitted from an image acquisition module is received; the image information is parsed so that posture information included by the image information is obtained, and there are at least two pieces of posture information; whether the at least two pieces of posture information included by the image information are respectively matched with the preset posture information is judged; and when the at least two pieces of posture information included by the image information are respectively matched with the preset posture information, a photographing action is started.
