The pseudo-measurement generation method provided by the invention fully utilizes the load data in the metering system of the distribution network, is simple to implement, high in computing speed and accurate in result, and can enable the accuracy of pseudo-measurement load at a non-measurement point to reach or approach the actual measurement value, thereby improving the accuracy in estimating the condition of the distribution network.
