The condition information of the vehicle includes current location of the vehicle. The rescue operations include at least two operations of distress data reporting, self-rescue information searching and relief agency searching. By the handling method and device and the vehicle-mounted system, the condition of the vehicle in distress can be monitored and calling-for-help information can be sent out timely and effectively.
