Abstract

The invention discloses a light and portable neck exerciser, which can be used by a user to exercise a neck in multiple directions and against different resistances at any time. The exerciser consists of an inner sleeve, an outer sleeve, an adjustable base or an upper clamping piece and a lower clamping piece.
