A set of crossed helical gears are respectively arranged in a left gear box and a right gear box with the same structure for transmission, a planet wheel and a middle bevel wheel are a pair of engaged crossed helical gears to ensure that a planet shaft and the gear boxes are inclined so that a planting arm fixedly connected to the planet shaft is inclined with the gear boxes; and a motion plane of a planting arm seedling pin is not parallel to a rotary plane of the gear boxes any more but performs space motion to form a space seedling-transplanting working track. The seedling pin moves to a seedling-pushing point position from a seedling-fetching position of a seedling door, a seedling pin point generates transversal displacement, i.e. the displacement vertical to the forwarding direction of the machine so that a seedling earth-penetrating point transversely moves to the left or to the right relative to the seedling-fetching position and seedling-transplanting row spaces form alternate distributions of wide and narrow rows of agriculture requirements under the premise of the traditional seedling door isometric distribution.
