Problems solved by technology

This typically results in a stronger elastic stretch resistance of the corresponding base material than in the area where the elasticization means are introduced in a passing manner in the machine direction, which again enables problematic effects to be maximized

Embodiment Construction

[0057] The drawing shows a pant-type incontinence article, generally designated 2, for absorbing solid and liquid bodily exudates. The incontinence article 2 is formed from three components that can be manufactured independently of each other to the greatest extent, namely a front abdomen part 4, a rear back part 6 and a crotch part 8 arranged between them and having an absorbent body 7 , wherein the crotch part 8 overlaps a substantial area proportion of the belly part 4 on the one hand and the back part 6 on the other hand and is non-detachably connected in the overlapping area during manufacture. as from figure 1 As can be seen in , this results in an H-shaped basic structure of the incontinence article with a longitudinal direction 9 . then, in figure 1 The components shown in the joints are formed in order to form the Figure 6 The shape of the panty shown schematically in the figure, on the longitudinal edge portions 10, 12 of the respective sides of the abdomen part ...

Abstract

The invention relates to an incontinence pant (2) for absorbing bodily excretions. Said incontinence pant comprises a front stomach section (4) and a rear back section (6) which are interlinked during manufacture at both side seam zones (14) to define a stomach and back strap having a waist opening (18) that is closed across the circumference of the waist and that is continuous in the cross or the waist circumferential direction (16). The pant further comprises a crotch section (8) holding an absorption body (7) and extending in the longitudinal direction between the stomach section (4) and the back section (6) and being non-detachably joined to the stomach section (4) and the back section (6). The crotch section (8) and the stomach section (4) and the back section (6) delimit leg openings (19) of the incontinence pant, the stomach section (4) and the back section (6) having a corresponding edge contour (32, 34) which deviates from the cross or waist circumferential direction (16) andextends towards a cross center axis (30) of the crotch section (8) to delimit the leg openings (19). First elasticating means (28) are provided in the stomach section (4) and the back section (6) andextend at a distance to each other and parallel in the cross or waist circumferential direction (16), thereby two-dimensionally elasticating the stomach zone (4) and the back zone (6). Second elasticating means (40, 42) are provided in a crotch-side area (22, 26) of the stomach section (4) and the back section (6) facing the leg openings (19), said elasticating means extending from the two side seam zones (14) towards a longitudinal center axis (44) of the incontinence pant and fanning out at increasing distances in a curve. The restoring force in this area (22, 26) of the stomach section (4)and the back section (6) having the fanned-out elasticating means (40, 42) decreases towards (56) the crotch section (8) when the area (22, 26) is two-dimensionally stretched.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a pant-type incontinence article for absorbing bodily excretions, having a front abdominal portion and a rear back portion which are connected to each other at side joints on both sides during manufacture. on the seam area for forming a continuous transverse or hip-direction abdominal band and back band with a buttock opening closed in the hip-circle direction; a crotch portion with an absorbent body, which is arranged in the longitudinal direction on the abdomen Extending between and non-detachably connected to the belly portion and the back portion, wherein the crotch portion and the belly portion and the back portion form boundaries of the leg openings of the incontinence article. A three-part incontinence article is known, for example, from WO 2004 / 052260 A1. In this particular product concept, after the crotch part extending in the longitudinal direction is connected to the abdomen part extending substantially in th...
