The unmanned aerial vehicle platform unitcomprises a GPS receiving module, a flight control module and an image module, and the frequency spectrum situation acquisition unit is composed of an airborne frequency spectrum receiver and an omnidirectional antenna; the remote communication integrated transmission unit is composed of a microcomputer and an airborne data link terminal. The spectrum data cognition unit comprises a ground receiving module, a brain module and a remote control module.
