Abstract

The invention discloses a volume resistivity test system under a high temperature and a high voltage. The system comprises a direct-current high-voltage generator, a high resistance meter, a temperature control shielding box, and a test electrode in the temperature control shielding box, wherein the test electrode comprises two electrode plates placed in parallel with each other; a sample accommodating gap is disposed between the two electrode plates; a positive electrode of a direct-current output terminal of the direct-current high-voltage generator is connected to one of the electrode plates of the test electrode through a high-voltage lead; and the other electrode plate is connected to a test terminal of the high resistance meter; a protective resistor is connected in series to the high-voltage lead; a protection ring is disposed on an outer side of the electrode plate connected to the test terminal of the high resistance meter in an encircling manner; the temperature control shielding box comprises a metal shell and a temperature control module capable of changing the temperature in a box body; and a negative electrode of the direct-current output terminal of the direct-current high-voltage generator, the other electrode plate of the test electrode, the metal shell of the temperature control shielding box and a ground terminal of the high resistance meter are connected andgrounded. The volume resistivity test system under the high temperature and the high voltage disclosed by the invention can adapt to volume resistance measurement of an insulated sample under the high voltage, meanwhile the test environment temperature range is broadened, and the problems of single test temperature and noise signal interference are solved.
