Abstract

The invention discloses an antibacterial ultra-filtration membrane is prepared by casting solution. The casting solution comprises, by weight, 8-20 parts of PES (polyether sulfone), 5-15 parts of pore-forming agents, 0.1-5 parts of litsea cubeba oil microcapsules and 60-85 parts of solvents. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the antibacterial ultra-filtration membrane. The preparation method includes the steps: S1 preparing the casting solution according to the weight ratio of the components, and uniformly stirring the casting solution at the temperature of 30-80 DEG C; S2 performing defoaming on the casting solution acquired in the step S1 in a vacuum drying oven with the temperature of 25-40 DEG C for 4-6h; S3 pouring the casting solution acquired in the step S2 onto a clean glass plate under the condition of the temperature of 15-30 DEG C and the humidity of 60-80%, scraping a membrane to obtain the glass plate of the casting solution with the thickness of 0.3-0.6mm, performing volatilization in the air for 5-30s, and soaking the glass plate in coagulation bath for 2-20h to obtain the split ultra-filtration membrane. The antimicrobial time of litsea cubebaoil in the antibacterial ultra-filtration membrane can be effectively prolonged, and long-acting slow release of the antibacterial ultra-filtration membrane in the litsea cubeba oil is achieved.
