Each monitoring substation includes a data processing module, a digital electric energy meter, a smoke detection module, a humiture detection module, a video detection module and a wireless emitter, wherein the digital electric energy meter, the smoke detection module, the humiture detection module, the video detection module and the wireless emitter are connected to the data processing module respectively. The monitoring main station includes a microcontroller module, a wireless communication module, a DDR3, a power supply interface and a reset circuit, wherein the wireless communication module, the DDR3, the power supply interface and the reset circuit are connected to the microcontroller module respectively.
