The circulating heat exchange module comprises a first heat exchanger, a second heat exchanger and an indoor heat exchanger. The first heat exchanger, the second heat exchanger and the indoor heat exchanger are sequentially connected in series to form a circulating heat exchange loop. The first heat exchanger is placed in the water cooling evaporation unit, and the second heat exchanger is placed in the underground cooling unit.
