Abstract

The putty comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the component A is composed of an epoxy modified oil-free alkyd resin, butyl acetate, a dispersing agent, polyamide wax, ground calcium carbonate, talcum powder, a sanding agent and dimethylethanolamine; the component B is a hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI)-toluene diisocyanate (TDI) mixed tripolymer; and the mass ratio of the component A to the component B is 10:1. The aluminum alloy door / window scratch repair putty uses the epoxy modified oil-free polyester as the base material, and thus, has high adhesive force for the aluminum alloy substrate. The aluminum alloy door / window scratch repair putty has the advantages of favorable drying property and favorable filling property, and is easy for sanding and scraping. The HDI-TDI mixed tripolymer is used as the crosslinking agent, thereby compromising the drying property, flexibility, sanding property and yellowing resistance of the putty layer.
