Embodiment Construction

[0081] Such as figure 1 As shown, the present invention mainly consists of a cell capture system and a device for generating dynamic biochemical signals. The cell capture system is a transparent biocompatible glass-PDMS chip, which integrates a cell suspension injector, a cell culture fluid injector, a liquid inlet, an arrayed cell capture microchannel, and a liquid outlet. Among them, the dynamic biochemical signal is mixed and generated in the combined silicone tube by controlling the flow change of the programmable syringe pump. The microfluidic chip partly uses the principles of fluid mechanics and physical barriers to successfully capture single cells, and cleverly uses radiation structures to array cell capture flow chambers to achieve the capture of a large number of single cells. The dynamic biochemical signal generation part is connected with the liquid inlet on the microfluidic chip through the silicone tube and the connector to form a device for controlling dynamic...

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of cytobiology devices, and discloses a cell capturing array based on a microfluidic technology. The cell capturing array comprises a plurality of basic units, wherein each basic unit comprises a cell capturing flowing cavity and a rear resistance control channel, all basic units are radially arranged at equal angles to form a circle, longitudinal lengths of all basic units are equal, and the total number of basic units is N which is an integer of more than or equal to 1. On the basis of the microfluidic technology, according to the cell capturing array, single cells can be captured at the cell capturing flowing cavity, the captured single cells can be released through regulating the pressure of the rear resistance control channel, and a cell microenvironment is analyzed so that a single-cell biology research on control of cell biological behaviors and mechanisms thereof is performed.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of microfluidic chip systems, and in particular relates to a microfluidic chip that captures single cells by using the principle of fluid mechanics and a circular radiation structure, and a cell biology research device that can load precise dynamic biochemical signals on the captured single cells. Background technique [0002] The research object of traditional cell biology is the cell community, therefore, the result obtained is only the average response of most cells. As a result, many events in single-cell biology must be ignored. Cell biology, on the other hand, responds to a binary state event: a specific active state or an inactive state. Due to the differences in response time and molecular configuration caused by the heterogeneity of different cells in the cell population, some of the studied cell populations are in the activated state and the other part of the cells are in the inactive state. In this case, t...
