The cell suspension concentration sensor comprises a metal outer shell, an acoustic surface wave resonator and a silk-screen printing carbon electrode, wherein the acoustic surface wave resonator is packaged into the metal outer shell in a vacuum mode; the acoustic surface wave resonator adopts ST (system test) cut quartz as a piezoelectric substrate material, and through the preparation by a photoetching technology, the frequency of emitted acoustic surface wave is 433MHz. The cell suspension concentration sensor provided by the invention is small in volume, practical and convenient, rapid in electrode response and high in flexibility, has the advantages of good bath repeatability, low cost and the like, also can achieve high frequency, and can detect cell suspension concentration to be detected rapidly in real time.
