Problems solved by technology

The maceration method does not require heating, but the extraction time is long and the efficiency is low; the percolation method maintains a considerable concentration difference at any time, the extraction efficiency is high, and the leachate is relatively clear, but the solvent consumption is large and time-consuming; the continuous reflux extraction method uses less solvent , can keep the drug in contact with the new solvent, and the extraction efficiency is high, but the extract is heated for a long time, and it is easy to decompose some components; the above method takes a long time, requires a large amount of solvent, and requires heating, which has a destructive effect on the anthraquinone components. powerful

Embodiment Construction

[0019] The main active ingredients of rhubarb are anthraquinones. Therefore, in our investigation of the extraction method, we used impregnation, reflux, Soxhlet, microwave-assisted, and cell ultrasonic crushing extraction to conduct preliminary screening. The percentage of total anthraquinone, the percentage of free anthraquinone, and the single factor Investigation and orthogonal test, finally determine the process route as above figure 1 , figure 1 middle:

[0021] It is found in the research that the penetrating power of ethanol is poorer than that of water (especially the high concentration of ethanol). If you use the decoction pieces bought back from the market to extract directly, the extraction rate is low; but if the pulverization is too fine ( Once a part passed through 40 mesh or even 60 mesh sieve), there are too many impurities in the extraction process, the filtration is difficult, and the co...

Abstract

The invention aims to provide a method for extracting the anthraquinones constituents with short reaction time, small used amount of solvents and elimination of need for heating, which has no destructive effect on the anthraquinones constituents. The invention further aims to provide an optimal method for extracting the anthraquinones constituents by integrating various process steps. The optimal process of extracting the anthraquinones constituents in the rhubarb by breaking cells with ultrasound comprises the following process steps: 1. the official rhubarb is dried and ground at low temperature; 2. the ethanol is immersed; 3. the cells are broken with ultrasound (200W to 800W); 4. the extracting solution is collected; 5. the anthraquinones constituents are measured. The mechanism of the ultrasonic extraction method of the invention mainly lies in the cavitation generated through the ultrasonic mechanics. Compared with the existing three methods, the ultrasonic extraction method shortens the extraction time, increases the extraction ratio. (we draw a conclusion from the comparison of 7 traditional Chinese medicines in which anthraquinones constituents are contained including the rhubarb). The detailed extraction parameters of the invention enhances the extraction rate of the anthraquinones constituents.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention is a method for extracting effective components of Chinese medicinal materials, specifically a process for extracting anthraquinone components in rhubarb. Background technique [0002] Rhubarb is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine. Polygonaceae Rhubarb genus, perennial tall herbaceous plant, flower heads, achenes, flowering period from June to July, and fruiting period from July to August. The aliases are Huangliang, Huoshen, Furu, Jiangjun, etc. Its roots and rhizomes are often used. It is bitter and cold in nature. Rhubarb palmatum, rhubarb tangut and medicinal rhubarb are three kinds of genuine rhubarb, which are mainly distributed in the northwestern and southwestern parts of my country. Rhubarb is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine in clinical practice. It is cold in nature and bitter in taste. The chemical composition of rhubarb is complex, and the most important composition is anthraquinone derivatives, which...
